Our Returns, Refund & Warranty Policy updated starting from 1st December 2021 as follows:
We always want to ensure that you have enjoyed for Vape Flova Shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges in a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customer s satisfied with their purchase from us.
We are accepting returns for your Non Opened products for a full refund on the retail price only. Please note, products returned with any signs of usage by the customer will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited and will be returned to the customer.
please request a return by contacting us by mail or WhatsApp, and return your items to us at our shop at your own cost.
**Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
the replacement items will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost or credited to his account which can be used in any future orders.
** Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
** Consumable and perishable items (e-liquid and replacement coils, pods, disposables) No returns accepted under any circumstances.
Please contact customer support Click Here for a Refund request. Please provide as many details as possible, including the Order #, Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return with photos. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund or replacement will be issued once the shipment has been returned physically to our shop and processed.
For international orders, wherein few Cases the shipment might be stuck \ Delayed (If Any), the customer shall follow up with relative customs authorities in his\her country and provide any required documents to clear the shipment ASAP, Vape Flova Customer service team will do their best to coordinate with the shipping company to release shipments at the earliest.
Order Refund for international orders are not applicable under any condition.
for returned orders due to the customer refusing to receive the order from the shipping courier, No Refund will be applied under any circumstances.
Our 14 days warranty begins the day the items are delivered. The customer handles all costs in shipping items back to Vape Flova, and Vape Flova handles all costs in shipping the item back to the customer after inspecting the faulty items & checking if it is applicable under our warranty policy.
What is not covered by our warranty?
- E-liquids, Atomizers, Tanks, Rebuildable products, batteries, chargers, mechanical mods, drip tips, coils, or any other accessories on the device itself are NOT covered.
- Failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair.
- Failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping or abuse.
- Failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended operating instructions. (See usage manual for operating instructions)
- Damage or failure caused by improper use. This includes water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage.
- Leaky tanks are not covered under warranty.
- Loss or damage due to missing components.
- Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connection (Atomizer not sitting flush)
- Damage to the finish (cosmetic issues), or scratches from a brushed finish.
- Rattling or sticky buttons.
- Modifying a product in any way automatically voids the warranty.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
- All Kinds of disposable cigarettes.
What is covered by our Warranty?
- LED screen issues
- Charging port issues
- Battery issues (turning off when firing, etc.)
- Unit auto firing.
- Chip malfunctions
Some products will have minor flaws and that is to be expected during manufacturing. We can only accept a return or exchange if an item is defective (malfunctioning).If you are still covered under warranty, please contact us click here
